Who We Are

Intelek Education Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (IntelekEDU) is a total education solutions provider dedicated to bringing AI and Robotics Education to schools and communities across Malaysia. We are headquartered in Taiping, Perak, have a branch in Petaling Jaya, and serve partners nationwide. We integrate Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and Coding into mainstream education for students aged 3 to 18.

We are the official National Partner for ZMROBO (JoinMax Digital) and the World Robot Contest (WRC) in Malaysia. We go beyond supplying equipment. We build complete learning ecosystems: curriculum, hardware, teacher training, consultation and competition pathways. These help schools, learning centres and Authorised Education Partners (AEPs) deliver STEM education with confidence.

Our Story

Intelek Education was founded in 2018 by Kenneth Kang and Adrian Chai. Between them, they brought almost four decades of experience in STEM education. As teacher trainers and long-time coaches of the Malaysia Robotics Team for the World Robot Olympiad (WRO), they saw the same problem repeatedly. AI and robotics education in Malaysia was available to too few students. Programmes were costly and fragmented, required a heavy commitment, and depended on teachers who had never been trained to teach them.

They built IntelekEDU on one belief: AI and robotics education should be accessible to every child and every educator, with minimal commitment and low barriers to entry. That meant offering more than robots. It meant curriculum-ready lessons, hands-on kits, teacher training and ongoing support, so any institution could start teaching and keep going.

Milestones along the way

  • ZMROBO National Partnership. We became Malaysia’s official partner for ZMROBO, handling sales, service and support for educators nationwide and developing local teaching curricula.
  • World Robot Contest, Malaysia. We brought this international-level AI and robotics competition to Malaysia. We now serve as its official organiser, with our Managing Director as Deputy Chairman of the WRC Malaysia Organising Committee.
  • 1,000+ teachers trained. Our leadership has personally trained over 1,000 teachers and supported more than 50 private education centres.
  • Early-years scale. We are the outsourced robotics and coding partner for 13 REAL Kids Plus centres, teaching children aged 5 and 6.
  • Regional leadership. As Regional Partner for reroEDU (Cytron Technologies), we co-organised the annual Robotics and Coding Competition (RAC) and the rero Educator Conference.
  • Higher education. With Methodist College Kuala Lumpur, we equipped every Diploma in Early Childhood Education student with a robotics kit and trained their lecturers. We also co-developed robotics and coding applications for children aged 3 to 9.
