Purchased items are not eligible for return.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. All refunds will be in store voucher.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Don’t worry if the courier service lost your parcel. We will try our best to help you. Your parcel is considered lost when there is no tracking update after (from the last update) as below:
